Users may request cancellation of enrollment within 24 hours of successful payment.

Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

  • Course or service name

  • Payment reference number (if available)

2. Refund Policy

a) Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The cancellation request is made within 24 hours of enrollment

  • The user has not excessively accessed course materials or services

  • No major portion of the service has been delivered

We reserve the right to deny refunds if the above conditions are not met.


b) Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.

The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

  • Cancellation requested after 24 hours

  • Partial course completion

  • Non-attendance of live sessions

  • Change of mind after course commencement

  • Technical issues from user’s side

  • Failure to attend due to personal reasons


4. Course Rescheduling and Transfers

In special cases, we may allow:

  • Transfer to another batch

  • Rescheduling to a later session

Such decisions are at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.

This does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.


5. Service-Based Offerings

For services such as Resume Writing and Portfolio Development:

  • Refund requests must be made before work begins

  • Once work has started, refunds will not be applicable

  • Partial refunds may be considered in exceptional cases


6. Payment Gateway Charges

Transaction charges, if any, levied by payment gateways or banks may be deducted from the refund amount.


7. Force Majeure

In case of unavoidable circumstances such as:

  • Natural disasters

  • Technical failures

  • Government restrictions

  • Health emergencies

We reserve the right to reschedule services instead of issuing refunds.
